Marcello Tomasina

Graduated Summa Cum Laude in Homeland Security and Counter Terrorism at the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya IDC, Marcello Tomasina is a member of the Board of Directors of ICTYN and the leading researcher on the “Environmental Milieu: Anthropogenic Climate Change and Human Security” project.
Recipient of the “Neville and Emma Shulman Cup 2017: Challenges for the Middle East” and the “Ragonis Scholarship for Counter Terrorism 2017 (part I)” for his work on climate induced conflicts, Marcello has presented his work at the United Nation Development Program in October, 25. Ever since then, he has continued to contact leading think thanks, government actors and private entities to expand his research. At the time, Marcello is based in New York where he works for the United Nation Executive Office of the Secretary General (UN EOSG).
Marcello also holds an advanced certificate in Intelligence and Analysis with honours, a Bh.s in Science for Security & Investigation Summa Cum Laude from the University of Perugia, Italy. In 2016 he begun a second Bh.s in Clinical Psychology while pursuing the Peace Operations Specialized Training certificate at the Peace Operation Training Institute (POTI).
