Danielle Murad Waiss

Danielle Murad Waiss is a dual citizen of Mexico and Canada. She is currently studying her BA in Political Science and International Affairs at Northeastern University in Boston with a special interest in international security and counter terrorism. Previously she has worked as an Assistant Investigator for the Massachusetts Attorney General´s Office, interned for a member of Parliament in the House of Commons in London and worked at the NATO Defense College in Rome. Finally, she also completed an internship at the International Institute for Counter Terrorism in Israel, where she completed the institution´s Executive Certificate Program on Counter Terrorism studies. During her time there, she also conducted research on building public resilience as a means of countering the fear of terrorism and developed a model by which to explain the resilience within society and terrorist groups.
